If you came from an InfoLink window you will need to go back to it (use Alt-Tab) and click on the Interlibrary Loan or Article Delivery Service link again.
HawkID must match user information. We regret that at this time proxy users are unable to submit interlibrary loan requests under their professor's name. Proxys will be responsible for any material submitted using their HawkID.
